Other information:
- This E.P. contains the first full band recordings of any Five Times August songs. Though some of the songs are the same as "Fry Street" and "The Independent," they are actually different versions.
- "Better With You" was the first Five Times August song placed on TV. In November 2004 it appeared on the first season of MTV's Laguna Beach. The "Something Clever" version was the version they used on the show.
- Only 1,000 copies were pressed. Digital versions can still be found online at iTunes, Rhapsody, Napster, and other online music retailers.
