- "Say" was the first official album by Five Times August. It was originally released as two separate E.P's,"Acoustic E.P. #1" and "Acoustic E.P. #2." Shortly after E.P. #2 was made, both of them were combined into one album, simply titled "Five Times August." The self-titled release was handmade and sold to high school friends to help build a local following. In 2002 the album was retitled "Say."
- Since this was a very early Five Times August release, finding a copy on CD is rare as they were made in limited quantities.

	First Issue (Self-titled) : Handmade CD & artwork. Released under a fake record label "High Five Music" with catalogue number 'highfive005'
	Second Issue: Pressed by MP3.com. This was actually the first version of the album as titled "Say." Only two copies were pressed before artwork was completely changed due too this issue's image printing too dark.
	Third Issue: Pressed by MP3.com.
	Fourth Issue: 'Goal 21 Edition' contained the same cover photo as the third issue of "Say", but with a different logo. The album itself included 4 bonus tracks: * Any Time, Any Day (original demo) * Nothing I Could See of Her (original demo) * Say (original demo) * On and On (previously unreleased)
